- St. Clair’s Green Chile Wine – A uniquely New Mexican crowd-pleaser! Light, crisp, and kissed with green chile flavor. It’s surprisingly versatile and always gets people talking.

Cozy Mulled Wine Recipe
Warm up your home with a classic holiday mulled wine – easy, fragrant, and perfect for festive gatherings.
Ingredients:
• 1 bottle of red wine (a medium-bodied blend works great)
• 1 orange, sliced
• 4 whole cloves
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 2–3 tbsp honey or sugar (to taste)
• 1/4 cup brandy (optional but recommended)
• Star anise (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Add wine, orange slices, cloves, cinnamon, and honey/sugar to a pot.
Warm on low heat for 20–30 minutes. Do not boil.
Stir in brandy and keep warm until ready to serve.
Ladle into mugs and garnish with a cinnamon stick or star anise.
It makes your whole house smell like holiday magic!
