Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included in the tour?

At a minimum, the tour price includes transportation, fuel, a tour guide, bottled water and light snacks. Some tours also include entrance fees, tasting fees, and other features. Check each tour listing for what is included or contact us at info@mvwineandbrewtours.

How long is a tour?

Tours are generally 4 – 6 hours, however we do offer a few full day excursions.

Where do you pick up?

Shared Tours start from a single location. We strongly encourage you use a ride share or get dropped off at the designated pick up location and make arrangements to get home safely.

Private tours pick up from your location. We recommend you have your group meet in one or two places where we can pick you up and drop you off to make the best use of your tour time.

I need to cancel. What is your refund policy?

Things happen and sometimes plans change. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will work with you to reschedule your reservation if possible. However, if you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. 

All reservations must be paid in full prior to services. 

A 50% or $500 deposit, whichever is less, is due at the time of booking and is refundable up to 7 days prior to scheduled service. Customers waive their deposit for cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled service date.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled service date and no-shows will not receive a refund.

In the event Mesilla Valley Wine & Brew Tours needs to cancel a scheduled service, a refund will be issued. We will make every effort to reschedule the service at a convenient time for you.

Is there food?

We provide bottled water and light snacks in between stops. We also partner with Fig + Brie – Las Cruces to offer charcuterie trays that you may add to your ticket purchase at check out. Food is available for purchase at most venues, and you can bring your own!

May I bring my kids?

Children are allowed on our tours! Guests must provide their own child seat and supervise their children at all times. 

May I bring my dog?

Not all venues allow pets so in general pets are not allowed. However, we do consider pets family and exceptions are considered on a case by case basis.

Service animals trained to perform a task or tasks directly related to an individual’s disability, such as guiding people who are blind, pulling a wheelchair, or alerting someone of an imminent seizure are always allowed.

May I drink alcohol in the vehicle?

Alcoholic drinks are not permitted in the vehicle. We encourage you to use the breaks between venues to hydrate with our complimentary bottled water. There is plenty of time to drink at the venues. You may bring any recorked or sealed bottles you purchase.

Can I purchase alcoholic drinks to go?

Yes! You may purchase additional drinks for consumption at the location and bottled and sealed beverages to go. There is plenty of storage room in the vehicle for you to take home bottles or cans of your favorites.
